Background

Swedish tradespeople were quoting jobs across three tools: a spreadsheet for the numbers, a separate calculator for ROT-avdrag, and an invoicing system that knew nothing about either.

Our role

We built the product end to end: brand strategy, visual identity, UI/UX design and full-stack development — from the first sketch through to a launched, working platform.

Result

One tool covering AI-assisted quote generation, automatic ROT deduction, branded PDF export, customer management and one-click invoicing through a Fortnox integration.
